RIGHT AND LEFT LEVER

Installers know it very well: sometimes it’s very difficult to find the right ball valve to install, not only for fluid or pressure involved, but also ‘simply’ as there is not enough space! 

In some cases, the use of a T-handle is the solution, having very small overall dimensions; but where the T-handle is not well accepted, then the ‘left lever’ could be the right support: the ‘left lever’ is a slightly different lever allowing the ball valves to be opened towards the left instead of the ‘usual’ right side.

The left lever is used for example most  successfully on special irrigation or spraying pumps or on manifolds with two or more ball valves.

NEW: LIMIT SWITCH EA2-LS TO ‘EA’ PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

A new PLUS is available to Pneumatic Actuator EA2: EA-2-LS Limit switch

-       It shows visually  if actuator is currently open or closed

-       An electric signal is started when the actuator reaches the position fully closed or fully open

RuB’s EA series of pneumatic actuators for 1/4" - 2’’ quarter turn valves, feature an ISO5211 direct mount on the valves, and are applicable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Thanks to optimized technical features, the EA actuators offer effective and long lasting performance.

In May 2013  Mr.  Mitsuru (Rick) Fukumoto  was appointed as new Executive Officer, Country Sales Manager at RuB K.K. After a long international experience in an important industrial Japanese industrial group, Mr. Fukumoto joined RuB K.K. with great enthusiasm and passion with the aim to give better support on site to customers, to understand market needs and  to offer  the best RuB solutions for a most sound responsiveness to  customer requirements . NEW ENTRY: s35 mini ISO F (Rp) x BSPT M (R)

Specific industry segments are lately requiring special versions of mini ball valves. As a leader of miniature valve producer, RuB decided to support these inquiries:

s.35 with F thread (Rp) and Male thread BSP (R)  in  sizes 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” are now available on demand!

This new configuration is available both with standard nylon wedge handles and with metal handles (for an enhanced temperature range up to 120°C!)  in different colors.

MULTIFUNCTION s.73 VALVES: 3-WAY 4-SEATS FULL PORT BALL VALVE MANUAL AND ACTUATED 1/2" THRU 1": ALREADY AVAILABLE IN STOCK

These L-port and T-port 3-way valves are an ideal choice for piping design involving diverting, blending or mixing applications:

L-port:  the ability of multi-ported valves to divert, blend or segregate fluid flows, offers creative process engineering and  cost savings. The valves may be installed in series, operating in sequence or working simultaneously.

T-port: for blending, diverting and segregating in process industries. The versatility of the flow patterns illustrated opens up significant opportunities for highly cost effective system design. The valves may not only be used singly to connect three different flows, but also in series, sequentially or in tandem and crossover assemblies. Easily actuated for remote control systems.

Additional peculiarities of the RuB 3-way s.73 product line are:

Our  multi-port valve s.73 thus  reduces number of valves required in piping system; that will lower overall costs by allowing the replacement of two or three conventional straight-line valves, eliminating excess fittings and simplifying automation.

In certain situations, a single multi-port valve can replace several 2-way valves to reduce expense, simplify automation and conserve space. The multi-port valves have a ball seal at every port, and offer a wide variety of possible flow configurations. Positive shutoff can be achieved on any of the exiting ports. By specifying the appropriate ball port configuration, flow direction can be adjusted for virtually any application.
